Pinna Apartments

We left Plitvice Lakes (Turist Grabovac) in the early hours of the morning and drove to Split (242km/ 3 hours). We dropped the rental car off at Split Airport and took a bus to the harbour to catch a ferry to Hvar Island. The ferry company is called Jadrolinija and tickets can be bought at the harbour.

Pinna Apartments is located at the main harbour on Hvar island, you basically get off the ferry and walk 50m to the entrance of the apartment. It is situated among all the major restaurants and night life. From here we hired scooters and explored the island.

The main beautiful port town of Hvar (the apartment is in the street to the right of this picture).

The Room

June 2014: We booked a ‘studio room with shared bathroom’ for 45 Euros per night, through Booking.com – Pina Apartments. The studio room comes with an double bed, LCD satellite TV, free Wifi, a seating area and a kitchenette with a fridge. The shared bathroom is located in the corridor opposite our room entrance.
